Terms of service

These terms are between your company and OLT PRIME, operating from Iraq. Creating an account, or continuing to use the service, means you accept them on behalf of your company and that you are entitled to do so.

If your company has signed a separate written agreement with us, that agreement wins wherever the two disagree.

OLT PRIME gives you one account for every OLT you run, opened in a browser rather than installed on one machine. Today it manages Huawei GPON and EPON equipment; we do not claim support for hardware we have not tested.

You can use it hosted by us, or installed on your own server under a licence. Both are real products, and both are covered by these terms.

Accounts are opened by request and approved by a person — the service is sold to operators, not opened to anyone who fills in a form.

You are responsible for the accounts you create inside your company, for the roles you give them, and for what is done under them. Keep sign-in details private, and remove access the day someone leaves.

Your data stays yours. Connecting an OLT gives us permission to reach it in order to provide the service to you, and for nothing else.

By connecting equipment you confirm that you operate it, or are authorised by whoever does. We have no way to verify that from here, and it is the one assurance the whole service rests on.

This is the part worth reading twice. OLT PRIME is not a viewer. When you activate a subscriber, change a profile, alter a VLAN or push a configuration to a subscriber’s router, that change goes out to real equipment carrying real customers.

A change made through the product is your change. You are responsible for reviewing it before applying it, for choosing when to apply it, and for its effect on your subscribers. We record every change and who made it, which is what makes a mistake traceable — but recording a change is not approving it.

The things you agree not to do:

• Do not use the service to reach networks or equipment you do not operate.
• Do not resell, sublicense or repackage the service without a written agreement with us.
• Do not copy, decompile or reverse engineer the software, or work around a licence limit.
• Do not attempt to reach another customer’s account or data.
• Do not drive the service far beyond what your own fleet needs, in a way that degrades it for others.

Plans are prepaid. You pay for a period — one, three or six months — and your access runs to the end of it. Nothing is charged to you automatically, and nothing renews behind your back; you renew when you choose to.

Prices are published in US dollars on this site and billed in Iraqi dinars. If a price changes, the change applies at your next renewal, never inside a period you already paid for.

The free plan is a real account with real limits, not a trial that expires. It carries no support commitment.

When a paid period ends and is not renewed, the account moves to a restricted state: you can still sign in and read your network, but changes are held back. Nothing is deleted at that moment.

If the account stays unpaid, we will tell you before removing anything, and you can export your data at any point before that happens.

We work to keep the service up, and to announce planned maintenance in advance where we can. We do not promise uninterrupted service, and no page on this site should be read as an uptime guarantee.

Whether the product can reach your OLTs also depends on your own links, power and equipment, which are outside our control and outside what we can be held to.

Support is by email and WhatsApp during working hours, in Arabic or English.

A licence for your own server covers one installation, for the period it was issued for, and is not transferable between companies without our agreement.

You may not remove, alter or work around the licence check, and you may not run more installations than the licence covers. Updates are provided while the licence is current; when it lapses, the installation keeps running under the terms it was licensed under, but stops receiving updates.

The product, its interface, its documentation and its brand belong to us. Nothing here transfers ownership — a subscription is permission to use the service, for as long as it is paid for.

If you send us an idea or a request, we are free to build it without owing you anything for it. Most of what we build comes from operators telling us what their day looks like, and we would rather that stayed easy.

The service is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will be free of faults, or that it will fit a purpose we have not discussed with you.

We are not liable for lost revenue, lost subscribers, lost data or any indirect loss. Where we are liable, the total we owe is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

Nothing here removes a liability that the law of Iraq does not allow us to remove.

You can stop using the service whenever you want, and ask for an export of your data before you go.

We can suspend or end an account for non-payment, for a serious breach of these terms, or where an account is being used to damage others. Except in a case that needs immediate action, we will tell you first and give you a chance to put it right.

We post the change here with a new date, and for anything material we tell you in the product and by email at least 14 days before it applies. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept it; if you do not, you can end the account and we will refund the unused part of a period you already paid for.

These terms are governed by the laws of Iraq. Anything we cannot settle between us goes to the competent courts of Iraq.
